Vanessa

Vanessa Agar is a Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT(C)), she has a degree in Honours of Applied Health Sciences in Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College where she worked with a variety of sports including softball, football, hockey, and rugby. Vanessa has worked with a variety of age groups both in the clinic and in the field.

Vanessa has been an athlete playing in sports and playing competitive softball for 9 years and uses this as an asset in her approach to treatment as she understands the demand of competitive sports and the frustration that coincides with chronic injuries.

Vanessa believes that treating using manual therapy in addition to mobility and strength is the best way to improve day-to-day life and return to the activities they love most. Every person is different and no injury is exactly the same, therefore no two treatment plans will look the same.
