Alex

Alexandra (Alex) Aiello is a Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT(C) and Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). She has an Honours Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences in Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McMaster University on top of her certifications. 

Alexandra has been honing her skills at multiple clinics throughout the GTA and newly moved to the Guelph area. She has worked with clientele ranging from children to the elderly and from weekend warrior to CFL athlete. 

Alexandra believes that manual therapy paired with proper movement is the key to a healthy lifestyle. Outside of her practice she has a variety of experience with fitness including being a varsity athlete in rugby, flag football, and OPA powerlifting. She currently has a movement practice to explore a more functional side of physical fitness which she brings to all of her client’s treatment plans.
